How to: Select a printer.
Solution:
Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list of the 'Printer' group.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list of the 'Printer' group.

3) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Cancel' to close the 'Print' dialog box without printing.
b) Click 'OK' to close the 'Print' dialog box and print the selection.
NOTE: Either of the actions saves the new printer setting.
